Terms of Service

1. Service Scope
The "OpenClaw Managed" service includes:
- VPS server for 12 months
- Security configuration (hardening) with best practices
- Installation and configuration of OpenClaw as service
- Basic monitoring and alerts
- Scheduled backups according to defined policy
- Technical support via email for 12 months
2. What the service does NOT include
- Custom development of complex skills (requires separate contract)
- Costs of external model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Absolute security (yes: best practices hardening)
3. Startup Guarantee
If the service is not operational after initial configuration, a full refund will be issued. This guarantee applies only during the first 7 days after server delivery.
4. Support
Email support is available for 12 months from the purchase date. Response time: less than 24 hours on business days. Support covers service incidents, updates, error diagnosis and configuration recommendations. It does not cover custom development or problems caused by unauthorized modifications.
5. Renewal
At the end of the year, you can renew the service for another year at the same price, or migrate your configuration to your own server. We'll help with the migration if needed.
6. Limits and Responsibilities
There are no usage limits in terms of messages or interactions. The client is responsible for the costs of the model APIs they use. The client must maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.
7. Refund Policy
Full refunds available during the first 7 days if the service is not operational. After this period, no refunds are issued except in exceptional cases.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice.
